The items aim to provide immediate relief to children at the organisation, who are in need of support following the heavy rains and floods in the province.
Through the campaign, the Hollywood Foundation contributed food parcels, blankets, mattresses and water to people living in the community hall.
Together with Ntenga Foundation, the Hollywood Foundation chose to make the lives of these people easier through the distribution of water, using a water tank.
Hollywood Foundation launched the #HandsOfHope campaign, and pledged R5 million in an effort to offer immediate relief to affected communities through the distribution of fresh drinking water, food parcels and blankets.
The Hollywood Foundation Team was proud to support the organisation, to present them with a weed eater.
The Team from Chatsworth spread hope with a special visit to the organisation, to contribute an array of items, such as a wireless handheld microphone, a megaphone, a cupboard and paper.
The Hollywood Foundation is continuing to make a lasting impact in the community through the Back to School campaign for 2022 as it aims to empower the youth of South Africa.

The event was an excellent platform for the Hollywood Foundation to support SMMEs, as it recognised “emerging entrepreneurs for their budding business ideas”.
Henryville Primary School opened its doors to learners in 1939, and it has been empowering learners through educational activities ever since. The school was delighted to hear the good news that their learners will be receiving assistance from the Hollywood Foundation’s Back to School campaign this year.
The school is one of many that was ecstatic and overwhelmed to receive assistance from the Hollywood Foundation’s Back to School campaign this year.
The Team is always proud to make a meaningful impact on an array of focus groups, including the youth. Youth for Christ, an organisation based in Pietermaritzburg, was delighted to welcome a visit from the Team on 09 March 2022.

The Hollywood Foundation Team was proud to host the first Hollywood Foundation Race Day on Sunday, 13 March 2022, at Hollywoodbets Greyville. The Team was thrilled to invite representatives from seven other organisations, as well as Members from the KwaZulu-Natal Gambling Board, who enjoyed a relaxed afternoon at the Durban View Room.
The school was excited to learn the news that students will be receiving some support through the Hollywood Foundation’s Back to School campaign this year.

South African cricketer, Keshav Maharaj, has been announced as the new Brand Ambassador for the Hollywood Foundation. The Hollywoodbets Dolphins and Proteas spinner will work with the Foundation to make a greater impact on communities through sport.
