In the Western Cape, Rocklands Rugby Club was overjoyed to hear that their players will be receiving support this year, through a rugby sponsorship from the Hollywood Foundation.
Purple Team brought hope to Ohlange High School in Inanda with a contribution of rugby kits for boys and girls and equipment.
Ikageng Rugby Development was established in 2005 in the North West, and the club has been prioritising the skills and abilities of the youth
In an effort to further extend the development of sports from grassroots level, the Hollywood Foundation was proud to assist Crusader Rugby Club with a rugby sponsorship.
South Africa’s premier development rugby tournament for u15 boys’ and girls’ teams, the Hollywood Foundation iQhawe Week, has wrapped, following a hard-fought competition for 14 promising boys’ teams and five formidable girls’ teams from around the country.
The first Hollywood Foundation iQhawe Week was held in September 2013 in Cape Town – a joint venture between the Cell C SA Rugby Legends and the South African Rugby Union.
Hollywood Foundation is proud to come on board as the main rugby sponsor of the tournament, which will now be known as Hollywood Foundation iQhawe Week.
He says the upcoming tournament is not only about the players, but the coaches as well who help develop these young athletes.
Last year’s KZN team (the Sharks) that took part in the iQhawe Week tournament. This Year Hollywood Foundation Sponsors iQhawe Week.
Hollywood Foundation will again be involved in rugby development at a grassroots level as the title sponsor of the upcoming Hollywood Foundation iQhawe week
He says that the tournament is a platform where aspiring rugby players showcase their talent to be noticed by top schools and provinces
Rugby Sponsorship Team went an extra mile by supporting Impala Rugby Club with sports equipment and financial assistance.
Welkom-Gimnasium was ecstatic to hear that some of the rugby players will be receiving funding this year to compete in the tournament.
Hollywoodbets decided to visit Breakers Rugby Club to hand over some training equipment and a smart new match kit.
Hollywoodbets was proud to assist this rugby club for the first time on 20 October 2021. The Purple Team chose to donate a variety of essential rugby items, such as equipment, uniforms, boots, tackle bags, water bottles, contact shields and agility poles.
