Terms and Conditions Facebook Competition Mpumalanga

Valid between 17th – 20^th April 2024

SMMEs in Mpumalanga stand a chance to WIN R10,000 worth of branding towards your business, subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Nominate an SMME (the Nominated Party) that has its registered offices, principal place of business or  carrying on business in Mpumalanga,
2. submit a name of a contact person for the Nominated Party who is 18 years or older with a valid South African Identity Document and
3. submit a location / completed physical/registered

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For purposes of this competition, SMME shall mean Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises.

1. The competition runs from 17^th-20^th April 2024
2. The competition closes on 20^th April 2024 at 11:00 am (SAST) (the closing date).
3. The Draw to select the winner will be done by one of the Hollywood Foundation Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an internal auditor (the competition judges).
4. The prize will be signed over to the winner after the closing
5. 1. The winner will be notified via a Facebook post on the Hollywood Foundation Facebook page or direct message to the winner on Facebook Messenger and via a telephonic call from the Hollywood Foundation.
      • The Winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving the direct message on the winner’s Facebook messenger or the telephonic call from the Hollywood Foundation (whichever comes earlier) or they shall forfeit their
      • If a dispute arises, our decision or that of the competition judges will be final and binding on all aspects of the competition and we will not enter into correspondence in this
      • The winner cannot transfer the prize, and if you do not take up your prize, give it up or reject it for any reason, we will have a separate draw to select another winner in terms of this
      • All other costs or expenses relating to the prize that have not been mentioned here are excluded.
      • Hollywood Foundation will not be responsible for any delays in redeeming the
      • Hollywood Foundation will not be responsible for any additional conditions that third parties impose.
      • Hollywood Foundation will not give the prize to any other person/entity other than the winner. The winner will be subject to verification in terms of the Hollywood Foundation’s internal procedures. Should the winner fail/refuse to comply with the verification process, the winner forfeits the price and clause 6.3 will apply.
      • Hollywood Foundation will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver the whole or any part of the prize resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, civil disorder, rebellions or revolutions in any country, epidemics, pandemics, acts of terrorism, vandalism or sabotage, governmental regulations imposed after the fact, communication line failures, power and telecommunications failures, earthquakes, fire, floods or other disasters. Hollywood Foundation will notify  the Winner as soon as reasonably possible if the prize is affected in this
   • Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time with another of similar commercial
   2. By entering the competition, the winner agrees:
      • that Hollywood Foundation may collect and process personal and/or business information for purposes of the competition. The winner may withdraw this consent at any time.
      • that the prize will be co-branded with the Hollywood Foundation and the winner’s logo;
      • to receiving communication from Hollywood Foundations’ sponsors and partners, however, the winner acknowledges that the winner may opt out at any time;
      • to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of the winner’s name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional
   3. Entries can only be accepted for businesses whose registered offices/principle place of business, is within the Mpumalanga

Hollywood Foundation and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywood Foundation or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywood Foundation or its authorised
