Hollywoodbets Vasco chose to support Clyde Pinelands FC as part of the Hollywoodbets My Community Programme for 2019/2020. Read on to learn more about the team’s visit.

For the past 122 years this club has been promoting the game of football. Their goal is to create an environment that is conducive for the growth of all of their players. They have created a space where both the young and old can come together and showcase their football skills, a place where everyone in the community can feel welcome. For the younger players, it is a safe environment for them to come to and stay away from gangsterism – a big problem in their area.
The club is currently made up of around 460 players who are split into different junior and senior teams. Each team practises twice a week depending on their different age groups.
The Hollywoodbets Vasco Team heard about the large number of community members that the club supports and therefore made a donation of a full soccer kit to the senior Men’s team.
Viren Jagarnath, Chairperson of the club, expressed his gratitude to Hollywoodbets.
“The donation will help us when we have our practises and when we take part in different matches against other teams. Our team members are really appreciative as they were in need of new playing kits,” he said
