This club has been coaching young soccer players in the Booysen Park area near Bethelsdorp, PE since 1985. There are 50 players who get together for regular practise sessions four times a week at the Booysen Park sports field. Players are divided into Under 12, Under 15 and two senior divisions. They are extremely proud of the fact that they have emerged victorious as the champions of their league for three consecutive years.
For 35 years their main goal has been to give the youth a better option for how to spend their time as opposed to seeing them getting involved with drugs, alcohol and violence. The club is severely lacking in funding so they were thrilled to receive a kit for the Under 15s from Hollywoodbets.
Mr. T Bowers, the club’s Coach, expressed his thanks.
“Hollywoodbets Sgt Peppers’ donation has helped us so much! We only have one set of kit that is shared between all our junior players and now this age group will have their own kit and will play in it with pride,” he said.
