Community development is at the heart of the Hollywood Foundation. The Team has been focussed on implementing many initiatives that contribute towards healthier livelihoods, throughout the country. In the Western Cape, the iBranch Team came across a non-profit organisation that works hard towards creating conducive environments that are free from social challenges, such as crime and gangsterism. Through a CSI project, the Purple Team made a contribution to this organisation, that will help to ensure that more individuals are equipped with necessary skills and abilities that will enable them to improve their lives.

CASE was established in 2016, and it works towards goals that include the rehabilitation of parolees, youth in conflict with the law and individuals who live within low income communities, by helping them to adjust to society by gaining valued skills and qualities. Many of their programmes aim to restore the dignity of these individuals, as well as offer them hope, develop their hard and soft skills and reduce poverty in communities by preparing them to enter the workplace. The organisation is based within the Drakenstein Area and has high hopes to expand their services throughout the Western Cape in the future. One of the many programmes within CASE includes sports development, which led to their partnership with the Paarl Soccer Club. The club, which is based at Zanddrift Sports Grounds, seeks to uplift the youth by encouraging them to remain active and work together within a team. Sports development is also a key pillar for the Hollywood Foundation, as sport has shown to have a remarkable impact on the development of the youth. On 16 February 2023, the iBranch Team travelled to CASE, to present the Paarl Soccer Club with sporting kits and boots for them to wear during matches. This formed part of a CSI project, and aims to instill a sense of unity amongst the young players at the club.

Jeremy Arries, the CEO of CASE, thanked the Hollywood Foundation for their contribution, and said that the new sporting kits and boots will have a profound impact on the youth who cannot afford to purchase these items.
