#HopeIsPower – Musawakhe Projects

Musawakhe Projects is based in Edendale Crossing Mall, Pietermaritzbug, and it was established in 2018. The business plays an important role in the community as it is a retail company that offers cleaning detergents to customers.

As part of the #HopeisPower campaign, Hollywoodbets partnered with Ukhozi FM to assist organisations that felt the brunt of the unrest that took place in July. Musawakhe Projects was identified as an organisation that needed a helping hand and on 4 November 2021, a desktop computer, scanner, printer and many chemicals were handed over, which were valued at R80 000.

Bafana Dimba, the Director of Musawakhe Projects, was grateful for the contribution and said that it will be used to assist customers and help the business to function after the unrest and looting.
