Following the recent floods and heavy rain that devastated KwaZulu-Natal, The Hollywood Foundation launched the #HandsOfHope campaign to provide immediate relief to those in dire need of assistance.
Mike Procter, Brand Ambassador for Hollywoodbets, requested for the school to receive support. The Team from HUTS travelled to Ottawa Primary School on 24 May 2022, to contribute school uniforms and school shoes to learners, who lost their belongings during the adverse weather conditions last month.
Miss T.P Msane, the Principal, was humbled to receive the support. “It has helped us improve in many aspects as children’s self-esteem has been restored and it will also improve their marks,” she said.
