Disability Forum is based in Musina, and the organisation opened its doors in 2012. The organisation, which is a protective workshop, was established with one goal in mind: to make a positive change in the lives of many people who live with disabilities.
Having extended its reach, the Hollywood Foundation has been prioritising sustainable development across the country. The Team was also aware that Disability Forum is home to many people who find it difficult to conduct their day-to-day activities, due to their physical impairment. On 12 August 2022, The Team from Musina was excited to contribute a greenhouse to Disability Forum, in an effort to assist their vegetable garden.
Mbowe Yunsa, the Founder of Disability Forum, was extremely grateful for the support and the assistance from the Hollywood Foundation, and said that the contribution will allow the organisation to assist more people in the future.
