Established in 1974, Zikwaba-based Ocean Sweepers have been committed to teaching and developing the rugby skills of the youth within their community.
The game of rugby is very important to them but their lack of resources makes it challenging to rejoice in the game that they fondly love.
As part of Hollywoodbets’ relationship with the Phaka Rugby Show, we joined forces to offer support in a way that will assist Ocean Sweepers in the development of their Club. A brand-new match kit, golf shirts, pole protectors and rugby balls were handed over to the club as part of this initiative.
Thobelani Hukwe, a Club Representative, was thankful for this kind act of support.
“This kind donation will help to bring a greater sense of unity to our players and will lift their spirits during this tough COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you, Phaka and Hollywoodbets,” he said.
