Hollywoodbets Beacon Valley showed its support for Juventus AFC as part of the Hollywoodbets My Community Programme 2020/21.

Juventus AFC was started in 1987 and now has a total of 350 players. The club has eight teams starting at U6, going up to the senior team. The teams train twice a week in Mitchells Plain.
The club was started to keep young people away from drugs and gangsterism, as well as to help give the players a purpose and discipline, on and off the field.
The club’s greatest moment in recent years came when reaching the final of the Coke Cup in 2018. Some of their players also went on to play for top South African clubs such as Ajax Cape Town, Santos and Jomo Cosmos.
Hollywoodbets rewarded the club for the great work they are doing with a full soccer kit.
Club Secretary, René Dyson, was grateful for this donation.
“This is bettering our standing as a club as we are classified as a non-profit organisation. By donating the gear, it relieves a financial burden off the players, parents and club,” she said.
