This club caters to many players that are from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
Star Merchant decided to support the Verulam-based club by donating 25 tracksuits and wide-brimmed hats to the players.
Club president K M Subrayen thanked them for the assistance.
“Thank you for your support which allows us to compete and is helping to sustain our club during these difficult times.”
“As a club we acknowledge your efforts towards the disadvantaged communities that we serve. It is through partnerships like these that we are able to provide quality opportunities for all of our players,” he said.
