The Back to School campaign by the Hollywood Foundation has touched many lives in the various regions in South Africa, including Nthame Primary School in Limpopo. Teachers and pupils were ecstatic to learn that they will be benefitting from the campaign in 2022. The school was established in 2009. The school also offers children sporting activities and meals in the form of a feeding scheme.
School shoes are a necessary requirement for many learners. Many parents buy school shoes and have hopes for their children to use them until it is worn out. The Team from Burgersfort had the goal of making it easier for parents when doing school shopping this year. Through the campaign, learners at school were able to receive brand new school shoes on 17 January 2022, which will assist them as they embark on the new academic year.
SA Seleme, a representative for Nthame Primary School, thanked the Hollywood Foundation, and said that the school shoes will now encourage learners to come to school.
