Entshona Primary was established in 1986 and it is based in Sagdloda Street, Philippi. The school comprises of learners and a few of them do not own a school uniform. Children at the school also benefit from social support from social workers who visit the school. Through the Back to School campaign, the Hollywood Foundation was able to make a meaningful contribution to learners at the school on 30 November 2021.
The Hollywood Foundation Team from Philippi contributed school uniforms, shoes and tracksuits for learners to assist them in the new year. The school has hopes for children to attend school regularly and this contribution will help to ensure that all learners are dressed in the same school attire.
Gladys Mahlaba-Ntoyanto, a representative for Entshona Primary, thanked the Hollywood Foundation for their kind gesture and added that the contribution may help to encourage the learners to attend school regularly.
