HOLLYWOOD FOUNDATION FACEBOOK COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Competition Period: Saturday, 01 November 2025 – Sunday, 02 November 2025 @ 3 PM

How to Enter:

1. Follow the Hollywood Foundation Facebook page.
2. Take a picture with one of the official trophies in the designated trophy area, showing your support for the AmaZulu Siyakhula Cup.
3. Post your photo in the comments of the competition post on the Hollywood Foundation Facebook page and on your personal Facebook page, tagging @Hollywood Foundation and using the hashtags: #HWF #SiyakhulaCup.

That’s it! You’re automatically entered into the draw.

Prize Breakdown: A total of 2 winners will be announced

• 1st place winner: 1 x AmaZulu Home Jersey + 2 general entry tickets for the AmaZulu vs Siwelele FC fixture on the 22nd
• 2nd place winner: 1 x AmaZulu Home Jersey

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the purposes of this competition, entries are open to all followers of the Hollywood Foundation Facebook page.

1. The competition runs from Saturday, 01 November 2025, and closes on Sunday, 02 November 2025.
2. The competition closes 2 November at 3 PM, and winners will be contacted on Monday, 3 November 2025.
3. Participants may submit multiple entries; each entry must be unique. Duplicate entries will be counted as a single valid entry. Hollywood Foundation may verify participant identity and entry validity.
4. The draw to select the winners will be conducted by a member of the Hollywood Foundation Team Support Office and supervised by an internal auditor (the competition judges).
5. The prize will be awarded to the winner after the competition closing date.
6. The winner will be announced via a social media post on the Hollywood Foundation Facebook page and may also be contacted directly via Facebook Messenger or email.
7.  The winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving notification, or the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
8. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the competition judges is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner cannot transfer the prize. If the prize is not accepted, a separate draw will be held to select another winner.
10. All other costs or expenses relating to the prize that are not mentioned are excluded.
11. Hollywood Foundation is not responsible for delays in delivering or redeeming the prize.
12. Hollywood Foundation is not responsible for any additional conditions imposed by third parties
13. The prize will only be awarded to the verified winner. Failure to comply with the verification process will result in forfeiture of the prize.
14.  Hollywood Foundation is not liable for delays or failure to deliver the prize due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, terrorism, or government regulations.
15. Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time with one of equal or greater value.

18. The prize may be co-branded with the Hollywood Foundation.

20. The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable post-event publicity, including the use of their name and photographs, unless they decline.
21. Hollywood Foundation and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any unclaimed prize at their discretion.
22. Every entrant participating in the competition is deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by entering.
23. Previous winners of Hollywood Foundation competitions are not eligible to enter.
24. The competition is closed to employees, directors, agents, or representatives of Hollywood Foundation or its affiliates, and their immediate family members.
25. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Hollywood Foundation (including subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents) from any claims, liability, loss, or damages arising from participation or prize use.
26. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.
27. Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to disqualify participants whose entries are false, misleading, or incomplete. Hollywood Foundation may contact entrants for verification.
28. All services offered as part of the competition are subject to third-party availability and may be substituted or modified at Hollywood Foundation’s discretion.
29. We reserve the right to publicise the results of this competition and may include the names and photographs of the winner/s in such publication unless the winner declines.
