Hollywoodbets King William’s Town chose to support Nonceba Centre as part of the Hollywoodbets My Community Programme for 2020/21

This organisation opened their doors to vulnerable children in 2009. The centre is located in Nqongweni and cares for children aged between two and five years. They offer structured educational programmes, feeding schemes and health and sanitation facilities. They have brought a sense of calm to their community as the give parents a safe and trusted place to leave their children during the day.
The Hollywoodbets Team from King William’s Town believe that this centre is well established and working on improving the foundation phase education system for community children. For this reason, they donated a computer and software programmes, a computer monitor, a computer mouse, a computer keyboard and a printer to the organisation.
Kathy Schultz, Director and Founder of Nonceba, was extremely grateful to have received this donation that came at the perfect time.
“This donation is more than we would have ever dreamed of! Previous funding allowed us to build and start our school, but Hollywoodbets has given us the tools to educate and give our children the level of education that we aspire to. This is such an amazing investment and will be used to change so many young lives,” she said.
