On 2 February 2022, the Hollywood Foundation Team from Polokwane was happy to bring some hope to an organisation called Life Coach Youth Development. The organisation was established in 2018 and it seeks to empower disabled individuals within the community of Ha-Rabali through handiwork. This marked the second donation from the Purple Family to the organisation.
Life Coach Youth Development was primarily formed to help make life easier for disabled individuals, who are faced with challenges on a constant basis. On 2 February 2022, the Team paid a friendly visit to the organisation to hand over 25 tablets and 42 sewing machines. This formed part of efforts to ensure that these individuals remain occupied, and are able to learn and grow as time progresses.
Mr Mandiwana, a representative for Life Coach Youth Development, said that the contribution from the Hollywood Foundation will help to make life easier for disabled people, and it will also give them a sense of purpose and direction.
