In January this year, the Hollywood Foundation was proud to serve as a lifeline for many learners, teachers and parents through the Back to School campaign. Finetown Primary was established in 1993 and it was excited and very humbled to receive the news that they will be benefitting from the campaign this year. The school takes an active approach to educate its learners, as well offering extra-mural activities such as music and chess.
On 24 January 2022, the school was excited to receive boxes of brand-new school shoes from the Team from Lenz Station. Shoes are simple but staple requirements for children to use in school, and often, parents are unable to buy them for their children. The Hollywood Foundation aims to ease the pressure off these parents through meaningful contributions, such as this one.
