- Four Rugby Clubs will be selected by a panel consisting of Phaka presenters/ Hollywood Foundation representatives.
- All reference to Hollywood Foundation NPC (“Hollywood Foundation”) will include all related group companies.
- The selection process will be mainly based on the qualifying criteria and other factors as determined by the panel.
- Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to conduct a drop-in site visit in order to ensure the suitability of the selected organisation.
- Rugby Clubs from different locations will be selected.
- Hollywood Foundation will select the final Clubs.
- Hollywood Foundation’s decision will be final and binding, no further discussions or correspondence will be entertained.
- Kit and equipment to the value of R30 000 will be offered to each Club and shall consist of the following:

- 6x Rugby Balls

- 4x Sublimated Driving Shield (large)
- 10x Water Bottles
- 2x Water Bottle Carrier (rack of 10)
- 50x Cones
- 1x Ball Pump
- 1x Whistle
- 1x First Aid Kit
- Each kit and equipment club handover will be showcased on the Phaka show on SuperSport.
- Hollywood Foundation and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prize which has not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against the Hollywood Foundation or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against the Hollywood Foundation or its authorised agents.
- This Sponsorship is not exchangeable.
- The kit and equipment are not redeemable for cash.
- The closing date for entries is 30 April 2023 at 23:59pm, no late entries will be considered.
- Entries must be received via the Hollywood Foundation website – hollywoodfoundation.co.za
- You will be notified only if you are successful via the email address provided on or before 16 May 2023.
- Should you not respond before close of business on 25 May 2023, your slot will be filled by the next suitable candidate.
- We may require you to provide us with additional information and documentation that we may reasonably require in order to process, confirm and facilitate your acceptance of the prize. If you refuse to provide us with the requested information or documentation, you will be disqualified.
- All information received from entrants will be strictly confidential.
- You agree and consent to your personal information being processed by the Hollywood Foundation, which will be done in accordance with the data protection laws of the Republic of South Africa.
- Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to publicise the results of the competition and use winning entries in press releases and published case histories.
- You consent to Hollywood Foundation (including all related group companies) to use the photograph(s) or electronic media images taken on the event day for purposes of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising or trade, in any manner or in any medium or social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, and our website, in the press and in the Hollywood Foundation annual publications which are distributed and may also be used at promotional events.
- These terms and conditions will be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of contract and dispute resolution in the Republic of South Africa.
- This entry is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywood Foundation or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywood Foundation or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or associate and immediate family members (adopted and natural) of all the above.
