Small Businesses in KwaZulu-Natal stand a chance to WIN R10 000 worth of branding towards your business.
A. Nominate a legal business (Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, Close Corporations or Companies) (the nominated party) that has its registered offices, principal place or carrying on business in KwaZulu-Natal,
B. submit a name of a contact person who is 18 years or older with a valid South African Identity Document and
C. submit a location / completed physical/registered address.
1. The competition runs from 14th-18th March 2024 (both days inclusive).
2. The competition closes on 18th March 2024 11:00 am (SAST) (the closing date).
3. The Draw to select the winner will be done by one of the Hollywood Foundation Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an internal auditor (the competition judges).
4. The prize will be signed over to the winning registered business after the closing date.
5. The winning business will be notified via Facebook inbox and via a telephonic call.
5.1. The Winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving a message or a call from Hollywood Foundation or they shall forfeit their win.
5.2. If a dispute arises, our decision or that of the competition judges will be final and binding on all aspects of the competition and we will not enter into correspondence in this regard.
5.3. The Winner cannot transfer the prize, and if you do not take up your prize, give it up or reject it for any reason, we will have a separate draw to select another winner in terms of this competition.
5.4. All other costs or expenses relating to the prize that have not been mentioned here are excluded.
5.5. Hollywood Foundation will not be responsible for any delays in redeeming the prize.
5.6. Hollywood Foundation will not be responsible for any additional conditions that third parties impose.
5.7. Hollywood Foundation will not give the prize to any other person/entity other than the nominated party. Hollywood Foundation will give the prize to the verified Winner only.
5.8. Hollywood Foundation will not be liable for delays or failure to deliver any part of the prize resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, civil disorder, rebellions or revolutions in any country, epidemics, acts of terrorism, vandalism or sabotage, governmental regulations imposed after the fact, communication line failures, power and telecommunications failures, earthquakes, fire, floods or other disasters, and voucher expiry dates. Hollywood Foundation will notify the Winner as soon as reasonably possible if the prize is affected in this manner.
5.9. Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time with another of similar commercial value.
6. By entering the competition, you agree:
6.1. that Hollywood Foundation may collect and process your personal and business information for the purposes of the competition. If you have nominated a third party, you agree that you have obtained the necessary consent from the nominated third party and/or a duly authorised representative of the third party
6.2. that the marketing items will be co-branded with your company details and powered by Hollywood Foundation and its logo;
6.3. to receiving communication from Hollywood Foundations’ sponsors and partners;
6.4. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
7. Entries can only be accepted for businesses whose registered offices/principle place of business, is within the KwaZulu-Natal area.
8. Hollywood Foundation and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against
Hollywood Foundation or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywood Foundation or its
authorised agents.
9. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
10. Previous beneficiaries/winners are not allowed to enter.
11. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywood Foundation or its associated companies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywood Foundation or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
12. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywood Foundation (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
13. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
14. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywood Foundation, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://hollywoodfoundation.co.za/privacy-policy/ and not by Facebook.
