As KwaZulu-Natal Cricket prepares for an exciting season ahead, Hollywoodbets has announced official title sponsorship of Lancashire Cricket Club for 2021. The Lancashire outfit are an established club who were founded in 1995 and play out of the Michael Patricks Oval in Woodlands, Pietermaritzburg. The club also boasts impressive depth, with 119 active players who are guided and coached by Cricket South Africa (CSA) approved coaching staff.
“This sponsorship from Hollywoodbets will provide assistance to a previously disadvantaged area. This will ultimately grow the love for cricket amongst the local community, and will assist with the daily running of the club.

Affectionately known as “Lancs,” the club has produced several senior KwaZulu-Natal Inland players over the years, and the clubhouse is renowned for its authentic brand of home support on cricketing Sundays. The club itself also provides a very necessary and safe social environment for children in the community, with their junior cricket structure thriving.
The partnership will see Lancashire sporting the iconic Hollywoodbets logo on their new kit, transportation to and from matches, upgrades to the training facility along with improving the condition of the clubhouse.

The kit handover took place at the Lancashire Cricket Club’s clubhouse.
