One of the latest beneficiaries of this impactful CSI programme is Sinethemba Swartland NPO, based in Malmesbury, Western Cape. Established in 2022, the organisation aims to promote holistic wellness within their community, focusing on rebuilding rural areas and enhancing physical, spiritual, emotional, and economic well-being for the disabled and underprivileged. Recognising the significance of their mission, the Hollywood Foundation stepped in to provide crucial support.
On the 16th of February 2024, the Hollywood Foundation Team arrived at Sinethemba Swartland NPO, bringing excitement and joy. Through their CSI efforts, the Foundation revamped the kitchen cupboards and purchased stainless steel tables to assist with the daily operations of the organisation. This significant contribution aimed to enhance the efficiency and quality of services provided by Sinethemba Swartland, ensuring that the organisation could continue its vital work within the community.
Mrs. Diane Philips, Chairperson of Sinethemba Swartland NPO, expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the Hollywood Foundation’s CSI initiative. “The renovated kitchen will allow us to deliver quality services and cook delicious meals,” she said. The improved kitchen facilities will enable the organisation to prepare nutritious meals more efficiently, directly benefiting the well-being of the community members they serve.
