The Hollywood Foundation Team was thrilled to help St Peter’s International School welcome the new schooling year with new school shoes for their learners. The school is based in Kgwagga and it opened its doors to pupils in 2021.
The school was very pleased to hear that it will be receiving assistance from the Back to School campaign for 2022. Previously, the school was struggling to teach learners who came from disadvantaged areas. Children at the school also receive meals through a feeding scheme. It became evident that the school seeks to empower learners and the iBranch Team from Mpumalanga was proud to hand over the shoes on 18 January 2022, in an effort to help parents who faced difficulties in buying new school shoes after the festive season.
I Chikarange, the Principal at St Peter’s International School, said that the contribution was motivating for the learners, and added that he hopes for the school to train within various sporting codes in the new year.
