Following the recent floods and heavy rain fall in KwaZulu-Natal, many communities have been left distraught and in need of urgent assistance. For this reason, the Hollywood Foundation launched the #HandsOfHope campaign, to provide immediate relief to many people in the province.
The Team from KZN paid a visit to the ForAfrika organisation on 29 April 2022, to offer them much-needed support during these days of difficulty. The Team contributed food hampers for 25 families to sustain them for 5-10 days.
Ivan Krisha, The Chairman of ForAfrika, thanked the Hollywood Foundation for choosing to assist the organisation, and said that the contribution will make a huge impact on their lives. “The kind assistance will go a long way to assist needy families affected by the floods.”
