You, your staff and your organisation will not be paid to exhibit by the organisers or staff. No stipends, travel money or food will be provided the day of exhibiting. Please acknowledge your organisation has no expectation of remuneration/funding.

I acknowledge that, should my organisation be selected, 2 representatives will attend the compulsory workshops stated above. The people who will be exhibiting on the 6 September 2024 will be in attendance at the Exhibition Preparation workshop on 23 August 2024.

I give Gateway Theatre of Shopping, Hollywood Foundation and We are Durban Social Upliftment NPC and its partners the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right to take and use photographs and or videos of the staff/volunteers of the above stated organisation in all forms for advertising, promotion, exhibition on social media and print media except for pornographic or defamatory uses. I waive any right to review or approve the photographs or videos, the use of the photographs or videos or the way that the photographs or videos are used now or in the future, regardless of whether the use or matter is known to me. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of the photographs or videos.
