Hollywoodbets Malvern also chose to support Zamokuhle Our Little People’s Crèche as part of Hollywoodbets’ My Community Programme for 2018/2019. Read on to learn more about the team’s donation.

This crèche opened their doors in 1992 to assist underprivileged and vulnerable children living in the Durban area.
Children are referred to this organisation by Social Welfares, local NPOs and Durban Child and Family Welfare.
The crèche is part of an Early Childhood Development Centre and provides a safe educational environment to all children.
These kids also receive nutritional meals on a daily basis.
Team members from Hollywoodbets Malvern visited the crèche to donate 20 mattresses and five heaters for winter.
Centre manager Jabu Mbongwa, thanked Hollywoodbets for their generosity.
“The donation we received will help us in winter because most of our little ones don’t have warm clothes and our children cannot learn when they’re freezing. The mattresses will also help us a lot because our mattresses must be approved by a health inspector and often the little ones need to rest on their own separate mattress,” she said.
