This school opened in 1979 to educate children in the area as well as providing them with food through a regular feeding scheme. Morning and evening meals are provided to the learners on weekdays. Hendrina Primary educated 1641 children who are also given the opportunity to take part in after-school lessons when it comes to subjects that they may be struggling with.
This is the fourth donation that the Team from Hollywoodbets Hendrina has made to the school. The Team decided to continue their support of the local school because of the good that they do for children in the community. A gas stove, pots, school shoes, socks as well as school uniforms were donated to the organisation.
Principal Nokwazi Malaza is grateful for the continued support that the Hollywoodbets Team has shown them over the years.
“Hollywoodbets has helped our learners by providing school shoes and uniforms to those who are in need and are now able to come to school. We can also now cook and provide more food for our children thanks to our new pots and stove,” she said.
