The school is located in a disadvantaged area, and is comprised of needy learners. Previously, the school received some contributions from the community, such as second-hand uniforms.
On 26 January 2022, the Team from iBranch in the Eastern Cape was proud to hand over an array of school uniforms for both girls and boys, as well as sanitary towels.

The campaign aims to ensure that learners are given the necessary school tools, such as stationery items and uniforms, to carry them into the new academic year.
