Hollywood Foundation Facebook Competition – Terms and Conditions

Tournament Dates: 17 and 18 October 2026 | Venue: Rovers, Jacko Jackson Drive

Competition Period: Saturday, 17 October 2026 – Sunday, 18 October 2026 at 5:00 PM

How to Enter:

1. Follow the Hollywood Foundation Facebook page.
2. Attend the AmaZulu Siyakhula Cup tournament at Rovers, Jacko Jackson Drive, on 17 or 18 October 2026.
3. Take a picture of yourself next to the winner’s trophy at the tournament.

4. Post your photo in the comments of the competition post, tag @Hollywood Foundation and use the hashtags #HWF #HWFAmazuluSiyakhulaCup.

That’s it! You’re automatically entered into the draw.

Prize:

• The winner will receive one (1) AmaZulu home jersey and two (2) general entry tickets to one of AmaZulu FC’s home games.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the purposes of this competition, entries are open to all followers of the Hollywood Foundation Facebook page.

1. The competition runs from Saturday, 17 October 2026 and closes on Sunday, 18 October 2026 at 5:00 PM.
2. Participants may submit multiple entries; each entry must be unique. Duplicate entries will be counted as a single valid entry. Hollywood Foundation may verify participant identity and entry validity.
3. The draw to select the winner will be conducted by a member of the Hollywood Foundation Team Support Office and supervised by an internal auditor (the competition judges).
4. The prize will be awarded to the winner after the competition closing date.
5. The winner will be announced via a social media post on the Hollywood Foundation Facebook page and may also be contacted directly via Facebook Messenger or email.
   5.1. The winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving notification, or the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
   5.2. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the competition judges is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   5.3. The winner cannot transfer the prize. If the prize is not accepted, a separate draw will be held to select another winner.
   5.4. All other costs or expenses relating to the prize that are not mentioned are excluded.
   5.5. Hollywood Foundation is not responsible for delays in delivering or redeeming the prize.
   5.6. Hollywood Foundation is not responsible for any additional conditions imposed by third parties.
   5.7. The prize will only be awarded to the verified winner. Failure to comply with the verification process will result in forfeiture of the prize.
   5.8. Hollywood Foundation is not liable for delays or failure to deliver the prize due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, terrorism, or government regulations.
   5.9. Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to substitute the prize at any time with one of equal or greater value.
6. By entering the competition, the winner agrees:
   6.1. Hollywood Foundation may collect and process personal information for purposes of the competition. Participants may withdraw consent at any time.
   6.2. The prize may be co-branded with the Hollywood Foundation.
   6.3. The winner may receive communication from Hollywood Foundation’s sponsors and partners but may opt out at any time.
   6.4. The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable post-event publicity, including the use of their name and photographs, unless they decline.
7. Hollywood Foundation and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any unclaimed prize at their discretion.
8. Every entrant participating in the competition is deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by entering.
9. Previous winners of Hollywood Foundation competitions are not eligible to enter.
10. The competition is closed to employees, directors, agents, or representatives of Hollywood Foundation or its affiliates, and their immediate family members.
11. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Hollywood Foundation (including subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents) from any claims, liability, loss, or damages arising from participation or prize use.
12. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook.
13. Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to disqualify participants whose entries are false, misleading, or incomplete. Hollywood Foundation may contact entrants for verification.
14. All services offered as part of the competition are subject to third-party availability and may be substituted or modified at Hollywood Foundation’s discretion.
