Terms And Conditions Facebook Competition Valid between 4th May – 8th May 2026

SMMEs in Mpumalanga stand a chance to win R12,500 worth of branding for their business, subject to the terms and conditions below.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. For the purpose of this competition, SMME refers to Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises.
2. The competition runs from 4 May 2026 and closes on 8 May 2026.
3. Entries must be submitted via the Hollywood Foundation Facebook Page only.
4. The winner will be selected through a draw conducted by a Hollywood Foundation Support Office team member and supervised by an internal auditor.
5. The prize will be awarded after the closing date.
6. The winner will be notified via a post on the Hollywood Foundation Facebook Page and/or direct message on Facebook.
   6.1 The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification, failing which the prize will be forfeited.
7. The following conditions apply to the prize:
   7.1 The prize is not transferable.
   7.2 Any additional costs not included in the prize are excluded.
   7.3 Hollywood Foundation will not be responsible for delays in redeeming the prize.
   7.4 Hollywood Foundation will not be responsible for any conditions imposed by third parties.
   7.5 The prize will only be awarded to the verified winner.
   7.6 Hollywood Foundation will not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond its control.
   7.7 Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of similar value.
8. By entering the competition, participants agree:
   8.1 That limited information may be required to administer the competition.
   8.2 That the prize will be co-branded with the Hollywood Foundation and the winner’s logo.
   8.3 To participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, subject to consent. 
9. Entries are only valid for businesses operating within Mpumalanga.
10. Multiple entries are permitted; however, duplicate entries will be counted as one.
11. Hollywood Foundation reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any that are incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading.
12. Hollywood Foundation may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
13. By participating, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
14. Previous beneficiaries or winners may not enter.
15. This competition is not open to employees, directors, agents, or immediate family members of Hollywood Foundation or its associated partners.
16. By entering, participants indemnify Hollywood Foundation against any claims arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
17. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
18. Information provided by entrants is collected by Hollywood Foundation in line with its Privacy Policy.
