On 28 May 2024, the Hollywood Foundation continued its mission of uplifting Grassroots Sports through its CSI programme by visiting Athletic FC Komani Stars. Nominated by the Grahamstown branch Team, the Club received a generous contribution of brand-new soccer kits, empowering its young athletes to thrive on the field.
Athletic FC Komani Stars has been a cornerstone of the local community, dedicated to providing youth with opportunities to develop both their sports and life skills. The Club, which encompasses players across various age groups, is committed to fostering Teamwork, discipline, and confidence among its members. With the support from the Hollywood Foundation’s CSI initiative, these young athletes are set to take their skills to the next level and gain even more from their sporting experience.
Luzuko Ganca, from the Department of Sport at Athletic FC Komani Stars, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the contribution. “We are incredibly grateful to the Hollywood Foundation for this generous contribution.
