Trouble Tigers FC is a club comprised of hardworking players. The club was established in 1999, and it is made up if five teams and 108 players. Players practice three times a week at Qilika High School grounds. The club was formed to try and keep youngsters active and away from a harsh life on the streets. One of the club’s proudest moments was becoming the champions of the 2021 Engen tournament and champions of the Umlazi LFA in the same season.
The club has been very vocal about the challenges faced by many of the players, such as transport issues and lack of sporting gear. The Hollywood Foundation is currently in the middle of a major campaign, which includes uplifting an array of sporting teams in the country through the contribution of soccer kits. On 9 February 2022, the Team from Isipingo was proud to visit the Team to hand over brand-new soccer kits for the players to use in the new year. Qaphela Ngcobo, the Chairperson for Trouble Tigers FC, said that the new soccer kits will make a big difference at the club, and it will allow for the club to be easily manageable in the future.
