This football club was started with the goal of helping young people to realise their potential by getting them involved in a sport like soccer in a safe environment.
Club staff believe that these youths’ involvement with the sport will help to teach them vital life skills as well as keeping them off the streets.
The coaches are proud of the fact that some of their players have advanced to the Sasol League.
They first opened their doors in 2013 and is currently home to three teams: an Under 13 boys team, an Under 15 boys team and one girls team.
The club offers soccer practice every weekday.
Hollywoodbets Dukwahs chose to support their good work by donating a full kit to one of the teams.
Clyde Dantu, Programme Director at Whizz Kids, thanked the company for their donation.
“We have been playing without football kit for a year new because our kit was stolen. This demotivated our players but now Hollywoodbets has come to the rescue and we are so grateful!” he said.
