Hollywoodbets Newcastle chose to support Shuni FC as part of the Hollywoodbets’ My Community Programme for 2020/21.

Over the past few years, this club has seen many achievements. In 2017 they finished third in their local tournament, while in 2019 they made it to the semi-final in the local community Top Eight Tournament. The club is made up of two teams, an Under 20 team and a senior team. They practise four days a week on a local sporting ground in Newcastle.
The club approached the Hollywoodbets Team from Newcastle to request sponsorship in the form of a soccer kit. The Team was excited to help.
Coach of Shuni FC, Lucky Mweli, thanked Hollywoodbets for their generosity.
“This allows us to develop as a club and keeps us motivated, giving us the drive to do well because we are all wearing the same kit. Other clubs will now see us as one and we will look united as a team,” he said.
