National Soccer League – First Touch Academy

First Touch Academy was thrilled to participate in the Women’s Month initiative, which was powered by Hollywoodbets. The team scored an impressive three goals and earned R8 000.

The club chose to give their winnings to Jomo Mabotja Foundation, which was established in 2017. The organisation was launched to promote sport for ladies and it offers various programmes, such as football and educational camps during winter school holidays and career guidance workshops. The organisation also seeks to prevent teenage pregnancy, child abuse and drug abuse. Thou A Mabotja, a Coach at First Touch Academy, said that the contribution will assist with projects and it will have a meaningful impact on women.
