Hollywoodbets Stonebridge chose to support Caring for Greenbury Secondary School as part of the Hollywoodbets My Community Programme for 2019/2020. Read on to learn more about the team’s visit.

The school offers two weekly practises to an Under 15 and an Under 17 team at the school grounds. The club uses school grounds to host team practises as well as to accommodate their home matches. This secondary school wants to encourage their learners to showcase their talents and to engage in physical activities to keep living a healthy lifestyle.
A member of the Hollywoodbets Stonebridge Team heard about the school because his wife is a teacher there. She expressed that there was a need for a soccer kit for one of the teams.
Sports and PE Teacher of the school, Benjamin Govender, was thrilled to receive this donation.
“The new soccer kit will assist us, because before this we didn’t have a proper playing kit. This will now motivate the players to work hard and play their best,” he said.
