Back to School – Victoria Park Primary

Victoria Park Primary is based in Rainier Street, Worcester, and it has been a safe haven for children since 1976. The school also offers counselling services, after-care services, a nutrition programme and sporting activities to its learners. Both educators and pupils were happy and extremely thankful to be a part of the Back to School campaign by the Hollywood Foundation, which aims to ease the pressure on parents regarding school supplies for the new year.

The Worcester Team were excited to bring hope to the school on 23 November 2021. The Team handed over essential school supplies for the learners, such as school shoes and stationery.

“Our school is a highly functional school, but we experience many challenges as we serve a community that suffers great poverty. The learners are highly dependent on what the school provides to them. This is such a noble campaign, we hope that we can benefit from it again in the future.”
